Job description

As we grow our content offering around the world, we see the entertainment landscape continue to adapt and grow with us. The Content FP&A team is looking for an Associate to focus on consolidation within its Programming Strategy & Research team. This team develops tools and strategies to monitor and advise on Content Investment and Programming Strategy. This Associate will be focused on the budgeting and forecasting process with an emphasis on consolidating financial information across the content organization. Senior leadership depends heavily on this team to accurately model and forecast the business as well as to lead strategic analyses that is used to inform important business decisions. The Associate position will be based in our Hollywood office.
· Work with cross-functional finance teams to help consolidate content financials and shape financial policies and metrics.
· Prepare guidance and financial update materials for Netflix executives and the Corporate FP&A team to identify potential shortfalls or surpluses across the business.
· Work cross-functionally with our Data Science & Engineering team to assist in data ingestion, advanced analytics, and optimization of tools and processes.
· Create insightful presentations that summarize analysis and present to groups of Netflix executives to influence decision-making.
