CDO JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - ZOOPLUS

To grow our Purina Studios Digital & e-Commerce team in Barcelona, we are looking for a CDO JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - ZOOPLUS

Main Purpose of Job

Develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales and market share objectives

Key Outputs

· Identify key assortment opportunites with Zooplus

· Support Assortment strategy including European range, Local range and bespoke eCommerce SKU's

· Build productive business relationship with buyer and category manager

· Collaborate with the Activation Manager to ensure effective launch of NPD

· Support customer development manager with support on Pricing information

· Launch successfully all NPD's in line with agreed targets

· Work with Supply Chain to ensure forecast accuracy and optimal RTM guaranteeing product availability at the lowest cost

· Manage the local eCommerce SPOC zooplus network to buid plans, create transparency, accelerate execution and gather knowledge

· Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Trems,Safety and legal regulations

Requirements

Proven track record of consistent high achievement is a must.

Successful Candidate will have at least three of the following:

1. Nestlé experience in Sales, Marketing or MDO

2. e-Commerce commercial experience within an Account Management Role or Retailer, preferably supporting a high profile Brand

3. Experience of managing significant amounts of trade spend budget, reviewing ROI and optimizing performance

4. Experience of building and launching brands including NPDI, pricing etc

Beneficial skills & Experiences - JBP negotiation, cross-functional experience in Category Management or Shopper marketing.

5. Experience of managing change – Setting up new process, new ways of working, innovation or working in a “start-up” environment
