Poste et missions:
Under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Manager and in coordination with the Brand Managers, the VIE Trade Marketing Assistant leads the on premise activation across all portfolio brands. Working closely with the Brand managers to ensure a right implementation according to the Brand guide lines.
PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY ON TRADE
Area : Catalunya / Andorra / Balearic Island
- Lead on premise activations within its geographical area.
- Lead the national campaigns of on trade, creating the appropriate briefing, according to the needs of the brand and making a proper monitoring and control of the action from its inception to its implementation
- Visual Merchandising: Production and implementation of visibility elements in line with the Brand guide lines.
POSM
- Local development: According to needs, creating briefing to suppliers taking into account the Brand guide lines for each brand. Monitoring of projects with Maison for approvals.
- POSM allocation among the sales regions, sharing the information with Sales managers.
- Logistics (Marketing): Assignment of material to support the sales team in line with sales management. Control of the stocks of material assigned to Marketing. Follow-up of material within the logistics operator.
ANALYSIS OF PROMOTIONAL EFECTIVENESS
- This position requires analytic skills to understand the results of any kind of activation.
Trade Marketing Assistant will do the follow up and a post-mortem report with the results of the promotion making its own recommendations for future actions
Profil:
Education: Graduate/Degree level education
Languages: Spanish and English. French a plus
Professional experience & know how : Minimum of 1 year experience – operational marketing and / or field sales
Technical & management skills :
Creativity / innovation, strategic agility, drive for results, hiring and staffing, priority setting, market knowledge, planning, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge in Lotus notes and Microsoft Office Package.
Personal & interpersonal skills :
Ability in the resolution of conflicts. Organised, good communicator and strong sensitivity to the luxury product universe.
Willing to travel 20% of time
