WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
- Active Sourcing and HR Marketing: you will actively search candidates, plan and participate in Recruiting events in Universities and jobfairs
- Provide administrative support to branch management
- Coordinate appointments for (telephone) interviews and meetings
- Support to general database maintenance
- Create documents in the context of consulting and recruitment
- Special tasks depending on individual skills and interests
WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:
- A degree in Human Resources or a similar degree
- A first experience as a recruiter or office assistant
- Fluent communications skills in German and English
- First experience in a personnel service, service company or life science environment is a plus
- Open-minded, optimistic, pragmatic, able to change in perspective and a great sense of humor
Locations: Frankfurt am Main, Freiburg am Breisgau
Duration: 12 months minimum
