Responsible for the creative elevation and maintenance of all EU Flagship showrooms. Direct and support seasonal Market set ups, European Sales Meetings and Press / Marketing Events.

Support from concept to delivery of all EMEA Elevation Projects.

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

MARKET SET UPS

ACC’S + FW: 4 X per year x 2 Showrooms (Milan + London) = 8 Set Ups

MMK RTW: 4 x per year x  2 Showrooms = 8 Set Ups

MENS: 4 x per year x 2 Showrooms = 8 Set Ups

COLLECTION: 4 x per year x 1 Locations = 4 Set Ups

ELEVATION PROJECTS

Concept Doors: 4 per year

PRESS DAYS

2 X External Event x (COLLECTION/MMK/MENS) x 2 per year = 4 Set Ups

BOARD VISITS

4 x per year x 1 location = 4 Set Ups

MARKETING PROJECTS

3 X per quarter = 12

Creative Innovation:

·  Create and develop visual concepts designed to elevate showrooms and Sales Meetings for seasonal market selling.
·  Build a customer experience that communicates the brands identity.
·  Drive display concepts that can be presented for global application across multiple retail channels.

Strategic Planning:

Showroom Support

·  Responsible for managing all visual showroom activity in line with the Wholesale Strategic Calendar.
·  Work in conjunction with Visual Communications & Projects Manager to ensure the right VM elements are present within the right showrooms at the right times.
·  Conduct strategic visits to Flagship showroom locations in line with key calender timings.
·  Project Manage the visual execution of all European Sales and Press Events.
·  Partner with EU Sales Teams to provide visual feedback on challenges and opportunities relating to Market Set Ups and range edits.
·  Facilitate all visual directive photoshoots across each division working with vendors to complete.

Central Team

·  Responsible for supporting all key elevation projects across all channels. These include: Windows, Visual display orders, Duratrans, Budgets and Channel specific events.
·  Update and maintain all corporate visual databases, layouts/capacities and photo library.

Commercial Focus:

·  Drive consistency in showroom experience across all EU locations whilst ensuring commercial local nuances are supported.
·  Support Sales Teams with the necessary range edits within displays to support wholesale appointment selling.
·  Ensure DVM / DM Teams understand the key seasonal product management principles and are able to translate this into the final point of sale execution.

Training & Development:

·  Build and maintain clear and consistent communication with members of the European Sales Teams to drive day to day showroom standards.
·  Produce Seasonal Market Directives, Zonal Plans and Supportive Videos, providing local Sales Teams with the visual tools necessary to set up showroom locations.
·  Formulate and deliver T&D workshops focused on upskilling Sales Teams (Showroom management) and District Visual / District Manager Team (Point of sale execution). 

Job Requirements:

·  Proven experience required operating in both a Creative and Strategic visual role.
·  Experience working for trend led premium fashion focused businesses.
·  Be fully aware of industry trends and market specific customer profiles.
·  Hands on VM experience across women’s, men’s and non-clothing / footwear departments.
·  Confident in producing reports and presentations to be delivered at a Director level.
·  Experienced in multiple VM projects such as window installations, in store imagery, seasonal store launches, press events, trade shows, new & refurbished store launches.
·  Personal focus on delivering KPI’s and utilising VM methods to create tangible LFL gains.
·  Experience in adapting and creating specific layouts to fit various store environments.
·  Be a passionate and highly creative individual and able to consistently deliver visual excellence in our stores.
·  Preferably be degree level educated in a retail management discipline.
·  Have sound IT ( Microsoft) knowledge. Photoshop, Illustator, Powerpoint, Word, Indesign etc
