Validierungsexperte (m/w) - Pharma Verpackung - auf 2 Jahre befristet

Ihre Aufgabe:

 

Um Validierungsanforderungen festzulegen oder Fehler beheben zu lassen, stimmen Sie sich abteilungsintern und -übergreifend  z.B. mit  Produktentwicklung, Produktion, Technik, Analytik, Qualitätsmanagement ab und beachten regulatorische und qualitätsrelevante Vorgaben. Daraus entwickeln Sie Validierungspläne. Des Weiteren wirken Sie aktiv an Produktions- sowie Reinigungsprozessen mit und bewerten die Resultate, welche dann in einem Ergebnisbericht dokumentiert werden. Treten Fehler oder Abweichungen von den erwarteten Ergebnissen auf, beurteilen Sie die Auswirkungen auf die Produktion oder auf die Produktqualität. Außerdem arbeiten Sie aktiv in CAPA Teams und Projekten mit. Neben der Erstellung von Validierungs-Master-Plänen, kontrollieren Sie die Validierungsdokumente und überprüfen die laufenden Prozesse auf Validität. Zum Aufgabenbereich kann auch die Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Qualitätsdokumenten und Prozessen z.B. in Form von SOPs, WIs fallen. Sie erstellen Product Quality Reports (PQR), Schulungsunterlagen und fungieren als Trainer. Darüber hinaus fungieren Sie als kompetenter Experte in nationalen und internationalen Audits/Inspektionen.

 

Wer Sie sind:

·  Abschluss in Pharma- oder Verfahrenstechnik an einer Fachhochschule sowie langjährige Berufserfahrung
·  Kenntnisse in der Dokumentation nach geltenden Richtlinien (z.B. Standards wie GMP – „Good Manufacturing Practise“)
·  Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP und MS-Office
·  Fachkenntnisse in Englisch
·  Belastbarkeit sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit
