Praktikum Prozessentwicklung Downstream

Ihre Rolle: Aufgrund des verstärkten Wettbewerbs werden Wege gesucht die Entwicklungszeit von Produktionsprozessen für Neuprodukte zu verkürzen. Dafür soll in einem Entwicklungsprogramm das Apparatedesign modularisiert werden, um Konstruktionszeiten zu verringern. Aus einem Pool der modularisierten Anlagen müssen jedoch für die Prozesse die richtigen Module ausgewählt werden. In diesem Projekt sollen die Grundlagen für die Wahl des richtigen Hauptapparatemoduls gelegt werden. Die Wahl soll dabei mittels Ausschlusses der nicht passenden Module geschehen. Ihre Aufgabe wird es sein die Literatur nach Ansätzen für den Ausschluss der Module über das Apparatedesign von Extraktionsapparaten, Destillationsapparaten und Kristallisationsapparaten zu durchsuchen, diese zusammenzufassen und zu systematisieren.

 

Wer Sie sind:

·  Student/in der Verfahrenstechnik oder des Chemieingenieurwesens mit Abschluss Bsc.
·  Know-how in der thermischen Verfahrenstechnik
·  Erfahrung im Laborumfeld
·  Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
·  Teamgeist, Offenheit und Engagement
·
