Mitarbeiter Oligoproduktion (m/w/divers)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie arbeiten im Customer Support und in der Produktion von DNA-Oligonukleotiden.Dies umfasst die Auftragsannahme, Eingabe in unsere Systeme, Auftragsverfolgung und -überprüfung, Überwachung bis zum Versand und die Rechnungsprüfung. Sie beantworten Kundenanfragen zu Lieferzeiten, Preisen und Versand (E-Mail und am Telefon). Sie sind auch Ansprechpartner für Außendienst, Produktion und Marketing.

Die Annahme von Kundenreklamationen, deren Bearbeitung oder Weiterleitung gehört ebenfalls zu ihren Aufgaben.Falls erforderlich arbeiten sie auch in der DNA- Oligoproduktion selbst als Springer.Dies umfasst die Synthese, Aufreinigung, die Qualitätskontrolle (QC) und den Versand von DNA-Oligonukleotiden.  Alle Arbeitsschritte und QC-Ergebnisse dokumentieren sie sorgfältig.  Sie befüllen, bedienen, überwachen und steuern unsere Produktionsanlagen.Sie erfüllen Terminvorgaben und tragen wesentlich zu unserem hohen Servicelevel bei.

 

 

Ihre Qualifikation:

·  Chemielaborant, CTA oder Erfahrung in der Produktion von DNA - Oligonukleotiden
·  2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Oligoproduktion notwendig
·  Teamfähigkeit
·  Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden
·  Englischkenntnisse
·  Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office und SAP
