Especialista em Logistica

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinate regular meetings with Logistic Operator and transportation companies for analysis and monitoring of performance indicators and service level agreements previously defined;

• Coordinate regular meetings with the key customers Merck in order to understand their needs and thus provide a better service;
• Support coordination in regular meetings with their internal interfaces (Sales Administration, Warehouse, PCP, Quality)  in order to always optimize processes and improve customer service;
• Being the Merck’s interface between Logistic Operator and Transportation Company;
• Follow the whole process of returns from the request and/or approval of Merck until the final definition of the product by Quality Assurance;
• Ensure product delivery according to established lead times, agreed delivery dates and respecting quality standards;
• Evaluate regularly the delivery performance in general and also for main customers in order to identify and recommend actions to improve service level and performance of distribution;
• Seek optimization or changes in processes that could lead improvement in service or reductions in cost;
• Know all environment aspects related to your job area and know the tools in order to avoid environmental impacts;

 

Who you are:

• Concluded Bachelor Degree in logistics, business administration or production engineering;
• Have intermediate level of English;

• Have previous experience with projects;
• Have Microsoft Office advanced level;
• Have previous experience with WMS system;
• Have proactive and with good level of relationship, influencing and negotiation skills;
