Your role:

 

Working within our Manufacturing team, you will perform a wide variety of routine tasks to support manufacture of client product such as cell banks and virus material under GMP conditions. Responsibilities include aseptic product handling, documentation completion, housekeeping, stock control and general equipment maintenance. You will perform Manufacturing productions (including aseptic product handling) in the cleanroom environment wearing dedicated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consisting of full sterile suit, face mask, safety glasses and gloves. The ability to maintain effective working relationships with support services, scientists and laboratory personnel will be critical for success in the role.

 

Who you are:

·  You have an HND or higher qualification in a Biological Science discipline or equivalent experience working in a GMP Manufacturing setting 
·  You will have ideally cell culture experience: academic or from previous work (training will be provided where required)
·  You are strongly focused on quality and safety
·  You have good communication and interpersonal skills
·  You are self-motivated with strong initiative and drive,with organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
·  You have a good standard of written and spoken English and are computer literate
