Descripción de la oferta

Media Markt, empresa líder en distribución de electrónica de consumo, precisa incorporar en su tienda de Álava, un Jefe/a de Departamento con estudios superiores para puestos de responsabilidad en diferentes áreas de la tienda: Ventas/Atención al cliente/ Técnico/Logistica. 

La finalidad del puesto es dar soporte a  Gerencia asegurando la optimización de las ventas así como los objetivos comerciales de su área y el desarrollo profesional del equipo de personas bajo su responsabilidad.  Debe asegurar los requerimientos básicos  e indicadores comerciales, a fin de conseguir un eficiente nivel y calidad de atención del cliente en la tienda, de acuerdo con los valores y cultura de MediaMarkt.

Requisitos

·  Experiencia como jefe de ventas o liderando un equipo comercial.
·  Valorable Licenciatura.
·  Conocimiento Office nivel usuario
·  Orientacion a resultados.
·  Liderazgo y Flexibilidad.
