Media Markt, a multinational consumer electronics company, is looking for a IT support technician for the supply Chain department located in its Head Quarter in El Prat de Llobregat.

 

Under the coordination of the EDI manager, your mission will be to help on the activities of support and maintenance of the different Contract Logistics & Distribution EDI solutions within the region. Working closely with external & internal clients to solve incidents and provide help by applying standard EDI solutions and best practices.

Job Responsibilities

·  Undertaking tasks for the efficient functioning of the electronic data interchange
·  Prepare and maintain the database for the electronic data interchange
·  Get coordinated with the EDI team and ensure the maintenance of the EDI system
·  Understand the automation of financial and logistic system flows, by using EDI technology
·  Give support by resolving incidents and maintain the active EDI solutions

Requisitos

 

Requisites

The Junior EDI Specialist must have good understanding and expert communicational skills. Along with this, he or she must also possess the following skills:

·  Good verbal as well as written communication skills
·  Expert interpersonal skills
·  Ability to understand client needs
·  Ability to relate or explain technical information to non-industry personnel
·  Desired knowledge of AS400 and AS2
·  Good time management skills
