Royal Canin Vision is to enhance veterinary care by science based health nutrition. To continue to push boundaries and generate category growth in an OMNI-channel reality, the Veterinary Services Platform Product Owner will identify, develop, track and deploy a suite of digital services designated to Veterinary clinics in order to future proof our core offer and create new business models. The ambition is to become the partner of choice of Veterinarians and drive Royal Canin product recommendation together with monetization of new digital services.

The role sits in the acceleration team and report to the sales accelerator Director

Work in close collaboration with the Digital factory team to develop and improve new functionalities linked with nutrition and help test them in the pilot market.

Work with the digital factory deployment team, to organize and coordinate the best possible deployment route across the world, and deliver a very effective support model.

Key Responsabilities

Be the representative of vet in Digital Factory to build the best possible solution.

Continuously lead the assessment of veterinarian needs leveraging markets resources and a set of user centric methodologies to gather, analyses, document and finally focus on insights collected (interviews, shadowing, focus group, surveys, analytics…).

Lead the development roadmap for the vet services platform to ensure Veterinary category growth as a part of global Royal Canin ecosystem. Choose priorities that will drive more usage of the platforms and deliver the Royal Canin mission in vet.

Manage the product requirement from prototyping, development to deployment in markets. Build on deployment best practices to leverage utilization.

Encourage creativity and innovation culture in vet services platforms teams to deliver more performing and effective solutions (DesignThinking, tech audit…). Continuously audit innovations in vet ecosystem and outside of vet ecosystem to bring inspiration.

Communicate in an effective, timely and efficient manner with business owners and the agile delivery team (Digital factory), ensuring the successful delivery of services during each iteration

Manage various stakeholders in order to insure smooth execution of the managed projects. This includes the collaboration with markets, regional teams, digital support functions and global pet care units.

Shape digital user centricity to maximize user experience and consolidate feedbacks to improve customer experience.

Track and analyze KPI to ensure continuous learning and improvements/ sales ROI

Launch in collaboration with the marketing activation manager all relevant digital tools and sales support needed for an efficient deployment

Profile
Business School (MBA or Bachelor degree), a Digital Marketing degree would be a plus
2 to 4 years in B2B or B2C Digital Marketing/Digital platform management
Analytical skills and attention to detail required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Ability to work with different teams and various team dynamics to achieve challenging delivery objectives
Excellent time management skills including prioritization of tasks and leading of cross-functional teams with external and internal actors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of executives, managers and potentially stakeholders.
Comfortable with Web analytics technologies, architecture and implementation
Management of complex technical projects on an international level will be appreciate
Fluent in English
