Your Salary :

1200 € gross/month (Césure/Bac+4) ou 1350 € gross/month (Bac+5)

Your Mission :

You will join the Digital Factory in the Digital Transformation and New Business Model.

To achieve its ambition to be the reference in pet health through nutrition, Royal Canin wants to continue to push the barriers of nutrition and individualization.

The digital transformation is driving both new opportunities to serve more pets but also new challenges for our existing business models. This is why the new business team develops and implements the best strategies to further maintain Royal Canin as the reference in Pet Health through Nutrition, but also to serve more pets with a greater benefit on their health.

While the team will develop new digitally enabled business models that will shape the future of Royal Canin and Eukanuba, they also support the transformation of our existing business models.

Your typical day :

Every day will be different! You will have the following responsibilities, in coordination and under the lead of the UX Lead Designer’s guidelines:

·  Embrace the user-centric approach by creating designs that follow the Design Factory requirements (Design system, accessibility, Design Thinking user-centricity)
·  Work with the UX/UI Designers to optimise services for our end-users
·  Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet end-users expectations and needs
·  Analyse all research and feedback to gain user insight an incorporate it into new designs
·  Produce drafted sketches, wireframes, prototypes, concepts, interaction designs and user flows by using the tools used in the Design Factory (Sketch App, Adobe XD for the mockups)
·  Assist on the contribution to the Design System of Royal Canin
·  Assist on improving continuously methodologies for: gathering user feedbacks, organise and codify user research
·  Work closely with the developers
·  Produce ergonomic audits and make the framework evolve

Your Profile:

·  Engineer's master degree in marketing, e-business profile, or 4rth year studying at digital/design school.
·  You are fluent in english and french with good communication skills.
