Internship in European eCommerce Sales

Help us supporting the regional Customer Team to deliver the business objectives and ensure a great customer experience through the back office management of the regional customers.

Your tasks:

· 
Creating and maintaining sales budget tracker (notably promo budget tracker)

· 
Execution of all new listings with customers (all information to be gathered & filled in in the customers’ templates and sent or uploaded) with coordination of the Vine process for Amazon

· 
Manage product lists with each customer (answer request, communicate on changes…), and be first point of contact for info requests from customers

· 
Support portfolio administration

· 
Support for operational topics with customers (incl. VC non supply cases management topics for Amazon)

· 
Undertake any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

Your Profile:

·  Advanced studies with the focus on sales / data or retail management
·  Deep interest and understanding of eCommerce and digital environment / differences
·  Result and action oriented: You enjoy working in a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
·  You have excellent communication skills and have a deep knowledge of how to work with Excel and PowerPoint
·  Very good proficiency in English – German and/or French are nice to have
·  EU visa and work permit
