Job Purpose :

The FUNCTIONAL IT SYSTEM SPECIALIST , will be in charge to define, shape, build and maintain the Software and hardware MyVeep Ecosystem.
Using Service Factory capabilities and applying the digital convergence strategy (Design Language…), this person will make choices to reduce time to market and maximize the value proposition offered by MYVEEP through the Flagship Store/HUB (and other applications contributing to the vet/pet owner user journey).
He will coordinates and directs all the external & internal IT stakeholders and work closely with MARS IS & Service factory to ensure the System architecture is fully Mars compliant.
As a MarkTEch expert, he will also have an active contribution in the definition of the customer care strategy & the digital marketing strategy (reach and convert)

Key Responsibilities :

o Define the structure and the digital ecosystem strategy to ensure MYVEEP success and growth
o Select, coordinate and direct all the external and internal IT stakeholders
o Make sure the system architecture is Mars IS compliant
o Be the contact person for systems security and reliability
o Be an innovation enabler. Act as an early adopter of Martechs (marketing technologies) in order to always keep MYVEEP up to date with last UX trends (Voice, AI, IoT, AR, Dark social, blockchain…)
o Manage tech teams from prototyping to development to deployment in markets.
o Thanks to his Martech skills, he will actively contribute to define the future customer care strategy & the digital marketing strategy (reach and convert)
o Review and evaluate service analytics to gain strategic insights and develop recommendations to improve app engagement performance

Education & Professional Qualification :

• Engineer's degree of Information Technology
• eBusiness and Management
• Scrum certified

Knowledge/Experience :

• 10-15 years in IS, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce
• Experience in startup world
• Business oriented
• Management of complex technical projects on an international level
• Ability to work with different teams and various team dynamics to achieve challenging delivery objectives
• Lead of cross-functional teams with external and internal actors
• Influencing and negotiations skills
• Fast learner, and comfortable coping with change

Languages :

• Fluent English & French
