We are looking for our next analytical, passionate and data driven icon to support both our Supply and Market units across the Asia Pacific Region.

The Role:

We are looking for our next analytical, passionate and data driven icon to support both our Supply and Market units across the Asia Pacific Region.

This is an exciting opportunity to be exposed to our regional and global decision makers by assisting with documentation and implementation of continuous improvement activities and best practice. You will also deliver regional supply chain projects and assist with regional reporting, including analytics and consolidation of the Asia Pacific regional input; all the while showing that you are comfortable with ambiguity and able to demonstrate your robust learning agility and passion for data!

A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders is also key to success in this role. Potential career opportunities present themselves for the ideal candidate who is wanting to carve their future development within Mars!

What you’ll do with Mars Petcare

• Provide guidance for Asia Pacific Market Logistics capital or lease related project submissions, liaising with key cross functional stakeholders to gain alignment on the proposal.
• Develop strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the Asia Pacific Market & Supply organisations at a regional and global level
• Support the Asia Pacific regional team with analytics
• Design, develop and maintain tools for the efficient collection and collation of Supply Chain data
• Utilise global Supply Chain benchmarking data & knowledge to improve performance across the region.

What we are looking for in a candidate for this role

• Degree qualifications (Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or Finance)
• Logistics operations knowledge is essential/Supply Chain operational experience preferred but not essential
• Strong logical reasoning/Financial/Analytical capability
• Strong networking, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated systems mindset/literacy ie digitally savvy and strong learning agility with process and systems
• SAP knowledge (Atlas SCI, SCO preferred) functional or technical preferred
