Key Responsibilities/ 职位描述

· 
1. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure:

a) Activity mgt. process is clearly defined with stage gates, R&R, timelines and KPI.

b) Projects’ on time delivery with effective execution control, robust stage gate process and efficient project management

c) Track and monitor activity progress against agreed timeline and ensure that any issues/risks are identified timely with proper escalation and resolutions are in place

2. Support Activity Manager to facilitate periodic PMR meeting/feeder meeting:

a) Manage NPD master plan in line with business strategy/OGSM (rolling 3 year)

b) Manage on-line/off-line activities through facilitating resources prioritisation and stage gate decisions

c) Facilitate discussion and decision making framework for portfolio rationalisation and growth pipeline

d) Escalate to S&OP+ other steps with identified gaps, R&O, defined action plans.

3. Continuously improve project meeting quality and project team working efficiency.
4. Build effective communication & collaboration with regional LFM/PMR.

Qualifications/ 任职条件

1、At least 3 years working experience.

2、Project management, Innovation management, FMCG experience is preferred.
