Key Responsibilities/职位描述

Providing solutions consultant/Escalation for incidents raised by Functional Experts or Key Users for APAC region

Identify recurring problems and participate on resolution

Assist with change management activities in agile delivery

Engage our customers across APAC region

Continuously identify and improve system to meet business' growing requirements

Plan, test and implement enhancement, requests that deliver genuine business benefit

Develop regional BI solutions based on Power BI/Tableau, Oracle DB/Data lake for business

8. Understand, interpret architecture/ support interfaces and perform technical troubleshooting

9. Involvement in project activity, including supportability advice and providing support to Development Teams during the systems delivery lifecycle

Qualifications/任职条件

·  Bachelor degree with major in IT or relevant discpline
·  Development experience on SAP BusinessObjects(Webi/Dashboard/DataServices)
·  Development experience in SQL / Store procedure Programming in Oracle or SQL Server
·  Development experience on big data platform and advanced analytics like machine learning is a plus
·  Development experience on SAP BW on Hana / Qlikview/Power BI is plus
·  Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem solving skills
·  Excellent written and verbal English Skill
·  Project management skill is a plus
·  FMCG company experience, rich demand area experience is a plus
