¿Cuál es el propósito de la posición?

El Analista de CPFR es responsable de asegurarla disponibilidad de los productos Mars en el anaquel de nuestros clientes. Es parte fundamental para el desarrollo de una relación de alta calidad con los clientes y juega un papel fundamental en el apoyo al crecimiento.

Este rol fomenta relaciones colaborativas entre Cliente, Ventas, Demanda y Logística. Busca eficiencias logísticas en la cadena de suministro de ambos. El Analista CPFR es responsable de las decisiones críticas y recomendaciones que afectan tanto al cliente como a Mars en términos de dispersión de inventario.

¿Qué estaré haciendo?

-Seguimiento del nivel de servicio (fill rate, instock, agotados,DOH) los cuales son indicadores clave trabajándolos de manera diaria para detectar las oportunidades.

-Fuerte capacidad analítica, sugiriendo al sistema del cliente, el correcto nivel de pronóstico de venta futura y de stock de seguridad, mediante el excelente manejo de base de datos.

-Proporciona a demanda el pronóstico de ventas del cliente, recomendar y comunicar ajustes en forecast.

-Busca la eficiencia logística de ambas cadenas

-Conoce el sistema del cliente y las principales variables que le afectan.

-Desarrolla estrategias de abasto que permitan la optimización de inventarios del cliente (cumpliendo objetivos de abasto días de inventario).

- Reporta y monitorea tendencias que impacten negativa o positivamente los inventarios, márgenes y costos de la cadena de suministro.

- Desarrolla estrategias de abasto que permitan la capitalización de iniciativas de la compañía (temporadas, exhibiciones, descuentos, etc.)

Experiencia previa y habilidades que buscamos:

Planeación de la demanda, cadena de suministro, manejo avanzado de bases de datos, capacidad analítica, deseable cetificación en APICs o RILA.
