Qualifications :

POSITION PURPOSE

Under the guidance of the CDOS, responsible for maximizing Rooms / F&B / Conference and Banqueting business from a defined account base or geographical source. Uncover new prospects and maximizing conversion of business in line with the Hotels budgetary goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
§Proactively manage a pre-determined number of key accounts, key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in all revenue streams in line with budgetary objectives.

§Sourcing and prospecting new accounts for the Complex properties, and following the sales process through to convert into ‘producing' accounts.

§Maintain relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner.

§Take personal responsibility for understanding the yearly sales plan and the required budgetary guidelines of the Hotels, to enable empowered decisions in all rate negotiations.

§Proactively participate the preparation of the quarterly sales plans, support and execute them as agreed with CDOS.

§To understand and be in a position to action any group and events enquiries and ensure accurate hand over and follow up to Group Sales Team.

§Participate in quarterly focus group meetings as required.

§Assist the preparation of the monthly sales and marketing presentation.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Good organization skills required.
•Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Spanish, English & German.
•2 year experience in similar position
