Welcoming guests upon arrival and provide a genuine overview of all property details and services available.

•Butler converses, listens actively and connects with guests in a courteous manner, in order to retrieve important information to create a memorable stay.

•Anticipate guest´s needs to exceed expectations.

•Greeting and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, escorting guest when asked for directions and using the guest's name when possible.

•Assist with carry-on items (bags, jackets).

•Explain the St. Regis Signature Services

•Perform accurately Packing and unpacking requests.

•Pick up and delivery of garments in line with complimentary pressing service.

•Deliver housekeeping items to room upon request.

•Delivery of In-Room-Dining orders and set up the table if necessary.

•Coordinating special amenities and events for guests to create “Wow Moments”.

•Log guest preferences accordingly in PMS system and ensure proper follow up with the corresponding departments involved in the requests.

•Privacy protection is mandatory

Job Requirements:
Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory (German or any other language is of advantage).
•Requires good communication skills
•Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
•Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
•Concierge level knowledge needed of hotel amenities, restaurants, travel and transportation information.
•Knowledge of the destination and tourist attractions.
•Two years luxury hotel experience preferred.
•Well-groomed appearance
•Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 15 kg without assistance
