What you'll do

To ensure all administrative tasks are completed

· 
To ensure forecasts are submitted & all billing is processed on a daily basis.

· 
Be the first point of call for any guest queries within the Conference & Banqueting department.

· 
To liase with clients on the day of their function

· 
To ensure that all food &beverage functions are run smoothly and efficiently and to the highest possible profitability.

· 
To comply with any reasonable request by the clients or management.

· 
To make sure that every guest leaves satisfied
