What you'll be doing :

·  Welcome guests
·  Assist guest with their luggage
·  Park their car and explain the parking rules
·  Handle guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
·  Inform guest about facilities and services available to them.
·  Assist guest with concierge request.

What we're looking for

·  Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
·  Positivity
·  Languages: French and English minimum
