JOB SUMMARY

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager your main mission will be to provide an extraordinary dining experience to our guests in our restaurant and bar, serving a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fun and casual environment. You will work with an extraordinary Restaurant Manager, Chef Partner and Executive Chef who will create a unique food and drink offering for this 100 seat restaurant with separate street access serving the Barcelona community.

You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager to lead the department empowering your employees to create a new unique original experience for our guests, encouraging, recognizing and training them to deliver an authentic and sophisticated service, and create a successful business.

In partnership with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager Restaurants and Bars you will help to develop the standards of the outlet, work and follow up on guest and employee satisfaction focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the departmental and hotel's goals.

If you are a truly experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with proven leadership in the role, you are passionate about the restaurant industry and you love the luxury lifestyle sector, you understand delivering fun quality and modern luxury service, you speaking fluent English and Spanish or Catalan, you have the highest of standards and enjoy luxury, you believe that you can't do your best without your team and you love to take care of them, then we have the right job for you.
