Mission Statement :
Under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Manager and in coordination with the Brand Managers and the sales team, the Trade Marketing Specialist leads all the off trade activations and the on premise activation across all portfolio brands within its geographical area.
 
Main Responsibilities :
ON PREMISE: Area : Madrid / Marbella / Málaga / Canarias
- Lead on premise activations within its geographical area.
- Lead the national campaigns of on trade, creating the appropriate briefing, according to the needs of the brand and making a proper monitoring and control of the action from its inception to its implementation
- Visual Merchandising: Production and implementation of visibility elements in line with the Brand guide lines.
- Regularly visit key clients to identify growth opportunities & needs and develop appropriate tools
- Support the Sales Team with sell-out initiatives and customer-oriented tools. 
OFF TRADE 
- Help the Trade Marketing Manager in the Off trade promotional activity: execution of any promotion directed to the mass retail / specialist channel (EOY Windows, sommeliers campaign, etc.)
 BRAND DEVELOPMENT
- 360º Marketing Plans: As a trade expert, this position gives support to Brand Managers from de Trade perspective
- Compile business performance updates with marketing KPI analysis and competition information
- Develop the most efficient network of expert agencies (creative and merchandising) ensuring MH Audit full compliancy.
- Identify and recommend investment priorities for visibility and activation programs. 
ANALYSIS OF PROMOTIONAL EFECTIVENESS
This position requires analytic skills to understand the results of any kind of activation held on the trade. Junior Trade Marketing will do the follow up and a post-mortem report with the results of the promotion making its own recommendations for future actions

Perfil buscado

Expérience requise : Minimum 2 ans
Education:   Graduate/Degree level education              
Languages: Spanish and English. French a plus
Professional experience & know how : Minimum of 2
- 3 years' experience
- operational marketing and / or field sales
Technical & management skills :
Creativity / innovation, strategic agility, drive for results, hiring and staffing, priority setting, market knowledge, planning, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge in Lotus notes and Microsoft Office Package.
Personal & interpersonal skills :
Ability in the resolution of conflicts. Organised, good communicator and strong sensitivity to the luxury product universe.
Willing to travel 20% of time
