A Victoria’s Secret For Love & Lemons Sales Associate is a values-based team member who delivers the highest level of customer service to drive business for the brand. The For Love & Lemons Sales Associate exemplifies our core values of The Customer Rules, It Matters How We Play the Game, Inclusion Makes Us Stronger, and Passion Leads to Success. This role reports to the Brand Ambassador Manager.

Primary Responsibility: The For Love & Lemons Sales Associate drives sales growth for the brand by building strong client relationships, developing a high level of product knowledge, and personally selling deep across the collection. Sales Associates will work directly with
customers in the fitting room to achieve the customer’s desired look and style. 

Brand Culture:
• Drives top-line sales for the For Love & Lemons brand through emotionally engaging client connections
• Builds strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Proactively engages with customers with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions, taking a measurement, and/or conducting a fitting
• Takes initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories

Talent:
• Participates in goal-setting with manager and tracks individual and team performance toward the goal
• Contributes to the greater team success by inspiring, supporting, and mentoring others’ selling behaviors
• Assists in the training of new associates, serving as a shadow partner

Operations:
• Makes it a priority to understand the business and offers suggestions on ways to grow the business
• Sets visual merchandising changes as directed
• Takes initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, maintaining a visually pristine shopping environment that is inviting to clients
• Maintains an awareness of and builds personal capability to reduce shrink

All associates are responsible for:
• Driving top-line sales and growing the business through action and productivity
• Providing insights from product and customer feedback to leaders and Home Office
• Maintaining client-first thinking at all times to create a shopping experience where customers are inspired to buy
• Encouraging customer loyalty through the Angel Card program and/or phone and email capture
• Setting personal goals and tracking individual performance to the goal
• Taking initiative to maintain brand visual and merchandising standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Passion for Victoria’s Secret and the For Love & Lemons brand and product
• Prior experience working in a high-touch customer environment (i.e., personal shopper, stylist, sales specialist role)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build long-term relationships with clients
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through Elevated Selling Behaviors. Clienteling experience preferred
• Experience deriving insights from business reports to drive results
• Seeks out coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity; leads own learning
• Ability to work a fixed schedule that includes nights and weekends
