The Analyst, BPMO role builds on the foundation of Specialist, BPMO. Although still in learning mode, this role is expected to begin more execution and “doing” as an independent performer. Heavy focus will be on executing and delivery with energy still devoted to improving their craft and understanding the company, culture and how we operate.
The Analyst role is expected to understand the core aspects of Capacity & Resource Management and generate resource related insights to improve the utilization of our global labor pool. Also, the Analyst leverages data from the entire BPMO toolset to enable better visibility, planning and controls as it relates to other BPMO disciplines (Business Analysis, Project Management, Organizational Change Management).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company
Regularly meet with Technology leaders to provide actionable insights on resource utilization, staffing practices, projected resource capacity (by leader/skill/location/etc.) and timesheet compliance trends
Effectively tell a compelling story with data leveraging a variety of reporting tools
Functional administration of resources and investments in Clarity (CA PPM)
Connect to and merge multiple data sets for analysis and reporting
Understand the nuance and complexity around the project approval process, identify opportunities to streamline and provide near real time visibility to requests in process
Manage smaller projects independently; and moderate projects with some coaching from more senior BPMO staff
Aids in the on-boarding of new employees
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
2-5 years of experience
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Excel
Experience with Clarity/Planview or other Workforce Management tools
Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) or Power Query M preferred but not required
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
