Primarily a visual merchandiser, shipment process position. Not a position that will be scheduled every week, typically required every 4-6 weeks on Sunday nights approx. 5pm-1am. Candidate must have Sunday night availability and not require a weekly schedule. Experience with visual merchandising a plus.

Individual may also be responsible for supporting the business on high volume days during the holidays with the ability to flex into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing and/or shipment processing. Drive store sales through personally engaging with customers, answering questions, perform demonstrations, and product recommendations.

Responsibilities:

·  Work independantly as part of a floorset team to change marketing,update walls and fixtures with props and products, process shipment, clean, take out the trash, file marketing and more
·  Ability to follow a plan-o-gram map of visual changes and execute flawlessly

When supporting the store during business hours:

·  Deliver friendly and efficient cash wrap experience.
·  Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout.
·  Recover merchandise on sales floor.
·  Replenish merchandise to brand standard.
·  Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room.
·  Assist with other projects as needed including floorset and shipment processes.

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication skills.
·  Available to work on Sundays after store hours every 4-6 weeks or as needed to complete seasonal visual updates.
·  At holidays, flex into a sales associate role designed to support the store during high volume peak days.
