Poste et missions:
The mission would consist of a rotation across our different analytical domains (Portfolio/Project, Resource, Performance, Publication, Clinical Studies, Written Standards & Training…) taking full responsibility of specific projects aiming to accelerate the establishment of business analytical capabilities within R&D.
- Identify & assess opportunities (needs, business value, ROI…)
- Define technical solutions to address the needs
- Deliver E2E technical solutions (data source connection, data business model, visualisation, documentation, …)
- Train & support users after go-live and make required adjustments
. Support maintenance of reports (upon needs)
Example of deliverable:
- Resource domain: Develop benchmarking KPIs for clinical studies (quality, time, cost, effort) and compare with external database /information from vendors
Profil:
Preferred: Previous matrix team experience and organizational awareness.
Knowledge of technical language: SAS, SQL, Oracle, VB and knowledge of reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, …
