CDI - Business Developer - London

The main scope of this position is to contribute to the company’s expansion in London and ensuring its continued success. While it will be based in central London, occasional travel may be required to other cities such as Paris, Lisbon, Barcelona or Rome to help with prospecting and launching in new destinations.

Assignment of Tasks:
- Forging new relationships while maintaining and improving relations with existing clients
- Prospecting for new properties and organising viewings
- Negotiating terms of offer with the client during the acquisition of new properties
- Development of new branches including hotels and offices

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
- Willingness to accept responsibility and work independently with little guidance
- Confident in dealing with customers, articulate and well-presented
- Bringing positive energy to the dynamic start-up and adapting to company culture
