As the Warehouse Administrators to join either the AM or PM shift you will provide administrative support to the Team leader and Manager in order to ensure that key performance indicators are achieved in terms of: meeting customer requirements; quality; safety; people management; efficiency.  On a daily basis you will lead a tribe of people to ensure operational success.

 

You must have a good working knowledge of our Warehouse SAP & TMS systems,  have a logical approach to all matters and posses strong communication skills with good attention to detail.  The successful individual must already show a proactive approach towards their own health and safety and that of their colleagues.  They must always follow and comply with Health and safety procedures and participate actively in all health and safety training on site.    

You Will

·Ensure  all orders are printed and the workflow prioritized. 
·Confirm orders and make amendments where needed. 
·Ensure the effective management of export orders including all paperwork and dangerous good notes
·Manage and control overrides, and where needed escalate to the Stock Control team all stock related issues.
·Ensure that health and safety standards are maintained at all times
·Manage and control all order cancellations
·Support the Team Leader in ensuring  housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
·To ensure that orders are picked in an efficient, accurate and timely fashion
·Other tasks or projects as directed by members of the warehouse management team.

You Have
·Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across the operation
·The ability to work at pace without sacrificing accuracy, Meticulous approach, demonstrating the highest attention to detail
·Operational awareness – you understand the key challenges in the operation
·Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
·Strong customer focus and a commitment to ensuring quality in all aspects of your work
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Efficient administration skills.
·High level of PC skills
·Experience of SAP / TMS warehouse management system
·Flexibility in your approach to working hours
