L’Oréal Czech Republic is looking for a Supply Chain enthusiast to join our Operations team as trainee.

This unique personalized program build on multiple rotations in different Operations departments will help you better develop our skills, help you better understand the complexity of our business and prepare you for a successful and long-term career in L’Oréal!

YOU WILL:

· Work on different projects depending on your current rotation. Your first r otation mission will be in co-packing department:
· Co-packing process set-up (internally, externally with co-packing providers)
· Reception, co-packing (promo co-packing, naturalization), labels management, expedition, transport
· Forecast /planning
· Data transfer
· Co-packing process formalization
· Support Operations managers with administrative and organizational task, so you will be able to shadow their activities
· Work with logistics data - do analyzes, prepare reports and presentations
· Cooperate with different departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT) regarding supply chain activities and project

YOU ARE the one if you:

· are a fresh University graduate (Business or Technical schools are preferred)
· are native Czech/Slovak speaker and fluent in English
· are highly motivated and open to the international environment
· are analytical, flexible and able to learn quickly
· are advanced in MS Excel
· are communicative, proactive and precise
· enjoy seeking new and creative solutions to business problems
· are willing to spent 80% of your time in our Distribution Center in Jažlovice u Říčan for the first project in Co-packing. (6 months project)
