Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for increasing the brand productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to the sales teams regionally. Using training seminars, workshops, coaching online and offline, team exercises to update beauty advisors, distributors on the brand goals and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To train clients (as well as internal staff) on brand-related products and services.

·  Embody the brand’s DNA and transmit it in in-class trainings and on the field coaching sessions to the BA population.
·  Develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products (if there is no artistic trainer in the country)
·  Implement global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff members.
·  Participate in the development of new training actions
·  Analyze sell in & sell out data and come up with recommendations to the management.
·  Identify trends and improve our products’ sell-out in line with brand’s global & local strategy
·  Keep an eye on competition and report information

·         Cooperates with 360° internal and external stakeholders guarantying a consistent customer experience

·         Pilots & monitors Retail Education's Efficiency: have field expertise + managing stocks, retail KPIs …

DESIGNS,TRANSMITS & EMPOWER/ RETAIL EFFICIENCY & TRAINING

·         Designs appropriate learning solutions for Customer Experience

·         Delivers & transmits Education Contents

·         Provides personalized follow-up & coaching for Bas and nationals when required while leading by example.

·         Ensure smooth field implementation with marketing team, distributors and Bas.

ELEVATES CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SERVICE ATTITUDE

·         Fosters empathy

·         Knows customer profiles & transmits customer centricity

·         Continuously elevates services standards and POS execution according to brand specificities

·          GCC in store event

·         Increase and maintain customers’ database.

PR AND DIGITAL

·         Support the PR and digital teams through highlighting Lancôme SKC across the social media platforms.

·         Work with digital on creating content that can be used to boost Lancôme SKC.

·         Boost SKC community through Instagram page.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
