This position requires an experienced, licensed esthetician who will be responsible for performing high quality, accurate, and expert technical assessments of formula performance criteria according to defined test protocols, gestures and rating scales for different L’Oréal US brands, concentrating in Skin & Beauty Devices.  In addition, this position will be handling data analysis , data synthesis and report writing of expert studies.

·  Perform high quality, accurate assessments of formula performance according to standard protocols in the following categories:
·  Skincare formulas (i.e. serums, moisturizer, masks, eye care)
·  Cleansing and Beauty Devices
·  Analyze test results, synthesize the information and write reports to meet business objectives
·  Communicate and present findings to project leaders
·  Develop strong relationships within cross functional teams; including hybrid testing, partnering with consumer and/or instrumental teams.
·  Support new, forward thinking evaluation techniques, methodologies and strategies for the future of our expert evaluations
·  Collaborate and prioritize workload with project leaders and the greater Research and Innovation team
·  May travel domestically and/or internationally for special operations or presentations
·  Perform general housekeeping of our Evaluation Center and personal work space
·  Perform other duties as assigned

·  A minimum of an Associates Degree in Cosmetic Science, Business, Marketing or related field, required
·  A current, valid esthetician’s license with spa or medical spa experience required
·  Strong interest in the personal care industry and associated skincare/makeup services
·  Experience in technical product testing or cosmetics industry a plus
·  High level of passion for consumer centricity during the product development process
·  Working level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
·  Knowledge of questionnaire programs such as SIMS a plus
·  Must be legally eligible to work in the United States on a permanent, ongoing basis

·  Able to multi-task and prioritize you workload
·  Self-motivated throughout your projects
·  Flexible enough to work on multiple projects with a deadline-driven deliverable
·  Someone with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
·  An excellent team player
