· Draft the Plan, Budget and Trends for online & offline channels, including professional, retail & Tmall;
· Produce or supervise the monthly reports for commercial, including sell in sell out, sales growth, and key resource efficiency;
· Deep dive channel distribution strategy, monitor the new opening stores performance, like for like growth, closing policy, driving values in channel profitability;
· Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions;
· Drive internal control compliance, copilot sustainable business growth model with commercial partners.
· More than 4 years’ experience of FP&A, FMCG background is preferred;
· Experience of commercial finance, especially offline channel is preferred;
· Good communication skill, fluent English and good Excel practice in daily work;
· Motivation for achievement, ownership.
