Customer Care Professional – Professional Products Division

The Customer Care team is an integral part of the Professional Products Division within L’Oreal. It is in direct contact with our customers and works collaboratively with Sales, Financial Controlling, Marketing & Supply Chain teams to ensure the best customer service is provided in line with the division’s strategy.

We are currently recruiting for a customer care professional to join our experienced and highly successful team.

The Job:

· 
Builds strong collaborative & personalised relationships with our customers based on trust so as to maximize the customer service & experience.

· 
Ensures customer requests are dealt in a timely manner, coordinating the necessary teams where needed.

· 
Records, analyses and follows up the disputes situations (complaints, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with the Credit Manager, the sales, controlling teams and the physical distribution.

· 
Proactively communicates towards the hierarchy in case of problems and implements adapted corrective actions.

· 
Is responsible for the client accounts clearing.

· 
Performs order processing (ad hoc) & follows up until delivery is completed.

· 
Actively contributes from conception to implementation on customer-centric projects.

Required skills

· 
Excellent communication skills – experience in a similar position would be considered as a plus

· 
Experience in dealing with customers

· 
Customer centric mindset is key

· 
Calm & able to work under pressure with various stakeholders

· 
Organised & collaborative

· 
Team player

· 
Good knowledge of MS excel 

· 
SAP knowledge would be considered a plus
