Brand Manager

YOU WILL...

Be responsible for driving the two brands, Roger & Gallet and Sanoflore, in the UK market collaborating with multiple functions within the Tribe (Digital, PR, Social) as well as Commercial, Finance, Supply, Merchandising and Paris teams (DMI, Zone). The role reports into the Brand Business Leader of ACD Vichy/Sanoflore/R&G unit.

1. Listen and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights. Ensure local resonance and global consistency of the brand.

2. Define the brand action plan to drive awareness & growth and build 3-year vision / expansion model

3. Take ownership and responsibility for the brands and activate the right launches / campaigns to achieve the objectives.

4. Collaborate with the Commercial teams to maximise brands plans across all retailers (launches, in-store/online visibility and execution, partnerships, promos) and ensure the right consumer engagement to beat the targets.

5. Collaborate strongly with Digital / E-comm and E-retail teams to accelerate online visibility & engagement.

6. Work with PR / Social team to generate and amplify advocacy

7. Collaborate with Merchandising to build a compelling in-store consumer journey that will land the right brand expression

8. Collaborate with Supply to ensure on-shelf availability of catalogue and new launches and deliver the right forecast

9. Own brands’ PPP and monitor A&P

10. Collaborate with Finance to build P&L and monitor Profit.

11. Lead brand budgets and annual strategy vs expansion, activation, financials

12. Be the key brand contact with DMI and Zone for both brands

YOU HAVE...

1. Experience preferably within a consumer driven and fast past sales environment, with an understanding of a mix of distribution points
2. Educated to at least a degree level
3. Highly entrepreneurial mindset – autonomy, strategic thinking and collaboration are critical to drive these exciting niche brands
4. Vision – able to create and develop strong brand visions and action plans, taking the lead on motivating the wider business
5. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation skills, able to influence and inspire any audience
6. Knows how to manage the complexity in terms of number of interlocutors, projects, timelines, meeting presentations
7. Self-motivation and strong organisation skills to be able to work autonomously to drive both brands,
8. Resilience and flexibility – the ability to adapt to dynamic business and market demands, overcoming challenges and driving success in an innovate way
9. Creativity – able to create innovative, cost-effective solutions, to drive the best ROI whilst maintaining brand equity
10. Strong analytical skills and good commercial acumen, to enable you to work closely with the commercial and finance teams
11. A strong sensitivity to the niche beauty market, with a keenness to develop understanding for the different category dynamics
12. Digital orientation - to grow awareness and engagement online across multiple platforms; pure media, social, and .co.uk.
13.
