OUR PROGRAM

TheL’OréalApprenticeship Program (1 year) offers you your first entry into the industry, and insight into how life atL’Oréalis like! Get involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people.

Fresh graduate of any local/overseas institutions; early career professionals with no more than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Apprenticeship Commitment: Jan 2021 – Dec 2021

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Are you an entrepreneur? Are you an excellent communicator? Are you a driven individual keen to make a difference?

We are looking to hire a commercial apprentice in for our local Active Cosmetics Division team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Manage key accounts and projects to ensure that sales and distribution opportunities are maximized
·  Analyse and evaluate key accounts sales performance and trends; propose new solutions to optimise sales performance in key accounts
·  Establish and maintain partnership with key accounts
·  Explore opportunities and drive new opportunities in new accounts

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

·  Keen interest in business development and commercial sales
·  Strong business acumen, analytical and sensitive to numbers, our products, trends and Beauty 
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table), with an eye for details
·  Creative problem solver with an open mind
·  Outgoing personality, strong communicator with good interpersonal skills (Hit us up!)
·  Committed and resilient individual who is open to new adventures
·  Able to commit for the entire period of apprenticeship

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

September – 30 October: Application Intake

Mid October– Mid November: Selection & Interviews

November– December: Offer extensions

January 2021: Program commences
