Do you want to be challenged and developed within your area of expertise? Then you might be just the one we are looking for to strengthen our Merchandising team as the Visual Merchandising Graduate.

As the Visual Merchandising Graduate, your role is to support our Luxe Division across a variety of projects and contribute greatly to our brand portfolio’s Retail Excellence on the field. The role reports to the Visual Merchandising Manager. In the Luxe Division, we use visual merchandising to elevate our brands’ image, maximize sell-out initiatives and offer our customers superb in-store experiences at all times. The position will be based in our newly renovated offices in Lysaker, Oslo. 

Your key job accountabilities:

·  Support in new store openings and renovation projects
·  Maintain the professional image of our brands 
·  Arrange logistics for visual updates across distributions and implement visual changes in the top perfumeries in the Oslo area to animate new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
·  Contribute in execution of animations and events, liaising with suppliers, sourcing necessary materials and supporting in podium setting up/down
·  Organize logistics and maintain equipment for events
·  Order new product launch materials according to the division’s established process
·  Deliver and implement in-store a variety of supportive materials, contributing to Retail Excellence
·  Provide support to the division’s Visual Merchandising Manager on ad hoc tasks and requests Your profile: 

·  You have graduated no longer than a year ago from your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Marketing, Communication, Branding, Visual Merchandising, Visual Communications or similar
·  You are fluent and have excellent communication skills in English and one Nordic language
·  Proficiency in MS Office
·  You have strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority and good time management
·  You are able to manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously and independently, and can create structure in our dynamic way of working
·  You are able to challenge the status quo and think out of the box
·  You have an entrepreneurial spirit and dare to take responsibility
·  You are a pro-active team player with a positive can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
·  You have an interest in merchandising. Hands-on experience within the FMCG industry or visual merchandising is seen as an advantage
·  It is seen as an advantage if you have a driver’s license
