The mandate of Global L&D is to develop and execute a global learning strategy in partnership with both global and member firm leadership that builds the capabilities needed to achieve KPMG's business strategies and priority annual business goals. Our Global Strategic Plans require a consistent, KPMG-wide approach to building the skills and competences needed to transform our business and achieve our goals of Growth and Trust. Global L&D will work closely with the business to identify, design/curate/develop, coordinate and deliver high quality, efficient and effective learning and performance support solutions directly aligned to KPMG's needs and requirements.

Global L&D is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the L&D strategies for:

·  Global Audit, Global Tax and Global Advisory
·  Global strategic cross functional opportunities We will do this by working with the business as performance consultants bringing together member firms to identify and design programs critical to support our global strategy in the most effective and cost efficient manner. The audience for the performance and learning solutions provided by Global L&D is very diverse and encompasses all employees of KPMG globally - partners, professionals and support staff.
Overview of the opportunity:
The Digital Learning Solution Business Support role reports to the Senior Manager, Global L&D digital learning solutions and is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Global L&D digital learning solutions in developing and implementing the digital learning solutions strategy for Global L&D and KPMG. This position will focus on project management, gathering business requirements and assisting the Global L&D team in initial adoption of the digital solution so they become mainstream solutions with widespread usage and capabilities. In the analysis state this person may be involved in assisting management with research of new learning development tools and technologies and adoption activities such as communications. In the pilot through to post launch phases of digital solutions to the KPMG network this role is tasked with project management in a technical environment, including testing and troubleshooting with the member firm, IT and the vendor, writing documentation, processes and communication elements, communications with stakeholders and reporting activities all supporting the digital learning solutions projects. This role will also work with the Senior Manager, Global L&D learning solutions who supports the people and content side of implementing digital solutions such as change management or end user experience.

What you bring to the role:

·  Post Secondary Degree
·  Tactical planning skills
·  Project Management in L&D and/or technology related field
·  Strong business writing skills
·  Strong client management and relationship management skills
·  Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint experience
Keys to your success:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned L&D or Operations professional with a focus on business improvement in a global, complex matrix environment. This candidate will have proven experience working with digital tools and assisting others in their effective use.
·  Ability to manage competing deliverables
·  L&D technology platforms and tools
·  Software and technology testing
·  Business partnership and relationship management
·  Familiarity with SSO and user verification
·  Good business acumen
·  Experience with any data and analytics platform an asset
·  Experience managing 1st and 2nd line technical support requests
·  Experience or knowledge of mobile technology in a secure corporate environment (InTune and/or MobileIron) Accountabilities:

Business Operations & Continuous Improvement
·  Supports initial implementations of new Digital Learning Solutions for Global L&D (e.g. LRS)
·  Supports implementations of existing Digital Learning Solutions for Global L&D (e.g. Degreed)
·  Manages communications and documentation for Global L&D Digital learning solutions team
·  Maintains the digital learning solutions roadmap and associated materials
·  Supports the Senior Manager, Global L&D Digital learning solutions on proof of concept/ pilot projects for new technology platforms/tools
·  Collaborate with Global People/L&D PMO on project management of the digital learning solution project
·  Potentially performs research and evaluation of new digital learning solutions projects for Global L&D Financial Management Support
·  Prepare, monitor, and supports project budgets for new technology projects Relationship Management
