Roles and Responsibilities-


Working as an Analyst in
this team, your responsibilities will be:

•
Work with the onshore e-mail
Marketing Manager to provide support in the execution of e-mail campaigns and to
ensure highest level of success

•
Provide assistance in implementation
and coordination of all e-mail projects. This includes editing, scheduling and setting
up e-mail layouts in marketing automation platforms and technologies (Eloqua)

•
Manage e-mail request
tracker and acknowledge requests within the stipulated SLA

•
Encourage adoption of
e-mail best practices such as personalization, dynamic content, A/B testing etc.

•
Track e-mail campaign
performance and make recommendations to marketers

•
Measure e-mail KPIs such as
open rate and click-through rate and drive insights

•
Maintain KPMG brand and
channel standards with stellar attention to detail

•
Collaborate with CRM teams
to monitor contact data and suggest improvements

•
Perform steady quality
checks throughout the process and maintain high quality and accuracy of email
templates

•
Build and maintain strong
business relationships with the wider US Industries Marketing Leads and other
teams

•
Manage and ensure process documents
are standardized


Qualifications and Skills


B Tech / MBA / MCA

PG in Marketing or Business related field

Experience and Background


•
Strong analytical and
quantitative skills

•
Ability to use data to
develop, measure and draw insights from marketing campaigns

•
Familiarity with email best
practices, industry trends, and CAN-SPAM laws is good to have

•
Experience using and editing HTML

•
Experience working with
email service providers such as Eloqua, ExactTarget (Salesforce Marketing
Cloud) will be added advantage

•
Ability to prioritize
workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

•
Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel

•
Exposure to DBMS, VBA and
SQL will be an added advantage

•
Excellent oral and written
communication skills is a must

•
Proactive work style and
ability to work under own initiative

•
Strong project management skills
along with great attention to detail

•
Ability to work in a
flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the
world
