Job description



Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the strategy planning process for the practice.

• Manage the Identified Priority/Platinum Accounts to grow business.

• Plan and help roll-out the strategic reviews and update on status of various initiatives.

• Liaise with KPMG Enterprise Partner and coordinate with SLs, Sector leaders, LPs and Head of Markets on behalf of the KPMG Enterprise.

• Monitor Key Business Programs; highlight projects risk/delays and prepare action plan to expedite implementation.

• Review Dashboards for Sales, Revenue, Key Opportunities and performance of the all the service-lines.
As and when needed schedule and be part of client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:


• Post-Graduation / MBA from reputed institute with minimum 12-15 years of experience post highest qualification.

• 7 years of minimum experience working directly with senior level executives and large teams.

• Track of BD/Sales Experience

• Go getter, ability to think on the feet.

• Must be willing to travel. Frequency of travel will vary by office location and assignment.

• Solid Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) knowledge.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

• Should be extremely resourceful and should know the length and breadth of the firm completely.

• Should be able to pull things/resources together effectively and efficiently at a short notice.

• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

• Strong interpersonal skills and should have keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability.

• Strong Project Management and People Management skills.

Strong Presentation skills.
