Job description

The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm's National Shared Services. This highly skilled group of over 600 administration professionals in 33 offices supports the firm's Tax, Audit and Advisory client service staff. Client Administration is focused on the increase of revenue, achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, increasing time available for client service staff to focus on driving the business, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience. This is achieved by building dynamic, lasting relationships, being sensitive to our client needs and collaborating as part of the client service team.

What You Can Expect in this Role

·  Greet all visitors to the firm\u0027s premises in a friendly and professional manner and direct inbound calls and faxes as appropriate.
·  Project a positive image of KPMG to visitors, clients and staff.
·  Coordinate meetings including booking of meeting rooms, catering arrangements and AV requirements.
·  Maintain inventory ofcoffee supplies.
·  Coordinate expense report processes.
·  Manage inbound and outbound mail and courier deliveries.
·  Liaise with property manager and various contractors on maintenance and repair matters..
·  Photocopying, printing, scanning & electronic filing.
·  Provide support to other client administration team members and assist with various administrative tasks.
·  Other duties and special projects as need to support the office. At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

What You Bring to KPMG
·  Combination of education/previous experience in administration.
·  Intermediate skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
·  Excellent written and communication skills.
·  Service oriented, accountable for tasks, organized, and detail oriented.
·  Ability to function effectively in team situations and flexibility to varying workloads.
·  Flexible for overtime during the firm's busy seasons
