ServiceNow - Performance analytics (Immediate joiners only)

Job description

Ø Minimum 3 Years ServiceNow Hands-on with min 1+ year exp of Performance Analytic in the ITSM space( Scripting, KPI formulas)

Ø Servicenow Admin certification.

Ø Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / SOAP webservice.
Ø ServiceNow advanced Scripting (JSON, Angular JS & Javascipting)

Ø Knowledge and hands working on CMDB and ITSM modules. (Workflow, UI actions, UI Policy, SLA, Data Imports etc. )

Ø DevOps/Agile WoW knowledge

Ø ITIL Knowledge

Ø Good communication skills

Ø ServiceNow Performance Analytic Preferred

Ø Hands-on of scripting and KPI formulas
