KPMG Global Strategy Group is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our Paris team at a Project Lead level.

KPMG Global Strategy Group (GSG) Overview : The KPMG's Global Strategy Group is KPMG's global network of strategy practitioners present in 40 countries globally with 2000 strategy consultants. Our vision is to change how the world thinks about strategy, positioning KPMG as the leading global advisor for 'innovation to results'. The GSG is witnessing tremendous growth all over the world ranging between two to three digit growth rates across the different GSG markets.

GSG in France : The GSG practice has been launched early 2018 in Paris and has been witnessing a significant growth and development. We are currently a team of 20 consultants aiming to triple in size in the following two years.

Your role:

·  You will be working within the GSG Consumer & Retail Practice and will be based in our Paris office
·  You will have a unique chance to play a key role in the development of a practice that is being established
·  Ability to manage one large project or two simultaneous small projects at the same time.
·  Responsible of the full execution of a project:
·  Act as the key daily point of contact with the client
·  Build and broaden relationships with client teams
·  Manage the daily activities of KPMG Global Strategy Group consultants
·  Coach consultants in order to continuously develop their skills
·  Manage client teams and project sponsors in order to execute and deliver projects' objectives and milestones
·  Ensure high quality of deliverables and client engagement
·  Develop market intelligence and sector knowledge;
·  Contribute to specific business development initiatives, particularly proposals and client pitches
Requirements:

·  Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record required
·  At least 4 years of experience within a Top tier strategy consulting firm
·  Previous experience within an industry player in Consumer Goods or Retail space will be of advantage
·  Previous project experience in strategic topics such as: Growth / Market entry strategies, Pricing, revenue Management, Promotion Effectiveness, Target Operating and Business Model design, Business Process Optimization, Product and Services definition, Post-Merger Integration, Digital strategy definition and implementation, Strategic Sourcing, Commercial Due Diligence …
·  Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (both written and verbal)
·  Strong financial and economic acumen
·  An independent thinker with the ability to identify problems and contribute to the development of solutions
·  An ambitious self-starter, well-structured with exceptional drive and commitment to strive excellence
·  Ability to contribute in one or several firm building initiatives
·  Willingness to travel
·  Fluency in English and French is mandatory, both spoken and written. This position is based in Paris La Défense
