Roles and Responsibilities


·  Ensuring highest quality and timely delivery of multiple tasks efficiently within agreed SLA and timelines § Analyst will support the KPMG application users globally in a 24/7 window

§ Coordinate between different local and international teams to provide resolutions to the users

§ Need to perform as a team player as well as individual contributor as per business needs

Qualifications and Skills

§ Role requires the candidate to be flexible and work in different shifts

§ Be proactive and eager to work in highly dynamic environement

§ Good computer knowledge with intermediate level knowledge in MS office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook

§ Working experience in Share Point and/or Service Now is an added advantage

§ Excellent written communication skills in English

§ Good anaylitcal skills
