Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
Integrated in the KPMG IT team, you will give support in first line and second line to internal users for computer related problems by phone (hardware, software and others). After an accurate identification of the cause of the problem, you will register it in the system.
You take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
You solve problems and if needed, you will make a timely escalation of the more complex problems to a specialized team.

Role Specific Responsibilities are general IT administration support tasks including:
Asset tracking and auditing
Service status reporting
Maintaining the service desk
The creation of users guides and support material

Profile
You have a good knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, and also a basic knowledge of networks and telecommunication (TCP/IP).
Excellent telephone manner and face-to-face communication skills, in Dutch, French and English.
