Job description

The Technology Solutions and Innovation team within KPMG Information Technology Services is dedicated to creating and delivering value to our business by leveraging on IT technology. The team is responsible for delivering customer-focused solutions and high quality IT services internally to enable our business.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experience developer in Chatbot implementation to gain in-depth exposure, as well as be part of the engagements to deliver cross-functional expert systems.

Responsibilities:

You will join the team in a cross-functional setting as a domain expert in Chat Bot development. You are also responsible for the development, testing and research on the firm's initiatives on Chat Bot, NLP and Machine Learning technology. The scope of work will also include the participation in the integration activities with the corresponding internal systems, troubleshooting and keeping up-to-date with the current state-of-the-art.

Requirements:

·  Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
·  3-5 years of working experience in system implementation
·  Strong experience in C#, Python, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
·  Knowledge in chat bot design standards, patterns and best-practices
·  Working experience in Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure Search and Azure Cognitive Services (e.g. LUIS)
·  Good communication and documentation skills
·  Initiative and able to work independently, as well as to work together as a team
·  Meticulous, analytical and intrinsically curious
