KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Advance and deploy the office university recruiting strategy for relevant practices (fulltime needs, internship needs, and office and school events/activities) by consulting with local office recruiting partners and liaisons, campus development managers, and other team members to advise and assist with recommended recruiting strategy to ensure effectiveness of plan
·  Develop and maintain diversity hiring plan; ensure that the hiring process complies with KPMG policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations
·  Oversee office and campus activities calendar and budgets (hiring and financial); oversee in-office recruiting programs (e.g. Hiring High Performers interviewer training and Leadership Programs)
·  Manage campus/school teams as necessary, attending on-campus events and interviews
·  Maintain a current understanding of the industry, local market-place and best practices of recruiting; track and report to Business Unit Lead all market trends and competitive issues
·  Oversee special projects for Recruiting Operations including creating reports, presentations and other tools/resources; participate in national programs/task forces as necessary

Qualifications:

·  Minimum four years of work experience and one to two years of prior experience in recruiting
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
·  High knowledge of recruitment/employment laws and practices and confidence to make difficult hiring decisions and internal management decisions
·  Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment, as well as manage and lead multiple school teams of partners, managers and staff, with varying levels of experience in campus recruiting; Poise and maturity to be the KPMG representative on campus to students, faculty and school administration
·  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
·  Ability to work evening hours and some weekends; ability and willingness to travel up to fifty percent
